COPD Sherlock

Sherlock stands for SevERe earLy-Onset COPD. More than 580 persons are included in the cohort. The patients are followed up over time and a part of the participants also will be seen during an exacerbation.

The cohort consists of the following groups:

• Non-COPD (ex-smokers)
• Non-COPD (current smokers)
• COPD Gold I/II (ex-smokers)
• COPD Gold I/II (current smokers)
• COPD Gold III/IV
