P4O2 COVID-19 Cohort

In the COVID cohort, 95 persons with Long COVID are included 3-6 months after infection and 9 months later. About 90% of the participants in the cohort were hospitalized, the other ~10% is refered by the GP. Inclusions started in June 2021 and finished July 2023. Clinical assessment was performed, questionnaires were filled in, and many different biological samples were taken.

In the COVID project, much data is analysed already, which has let to the description of different phenotypes and endotypes (see the list of publications). Also, it has let to the start of the LIMIT trial, in which the effect of a food supplement is analysed in a placebo-controlled trial.
